Bespoke infrared saunas
Infrared saunas use full-spectrum heaters that emit infrared light and heat to warm human tissue directly and deeply, without the need to raise the surrounding air temperature excessively. Thanks to their lower operating temperature (usually 35–60 °C), they place less strain on the cardiovascular system and are ideal for relaxing muscles and speeding up recovery after strenuous sporting activity.
